1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
virgin olive oil
Dried red pepper (optional)
fresh Mozzarella log and ripe tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Wash and pat dry large fresh basil leaves. Arrange in
alternating layers on a platter. Season with sea salt and
fresh cracked pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Add a pinch
of dried red pepper if desired.
