1 to 1.5 Pound lean ground
4 Each Scallions, finely chopped
4 sesame buns
8 Slice Rosenborg
extra creamy danish blue cheese
Handful fresh sage, finely chopped
ground beef in a bowl, add scallions, seasonings and sage, and
mix together well. Divide into eight portions and form each
into a burger shape. Place a slice of Danish Blue on four of
the burgers and then top with the remaining four burgers,
sealing the edges with water.
Grill over medium hot
heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the
meat is cooked through. Grill buns lightly if desired. Top
with another slice of cheese, tomato and lettuce, and serve on
a toasted bun.
