Broccoli Salad

1 tomato, diced
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Cup sliced green onions
1 Clove garlic
1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Pound fresh broccoli
1/3 Cup olive oil
1/3 Cup fresh parsley
1/4 Cup  wine vinegar
dash freshly ground pepper

Recipe Directions:
Wash broccoli, trim and peel the stems. Cut into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Wash parsley and chop coarsely. Add to broccoli. Combine garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and dry mustard in a container with a tight lid. Shake to blend. Pour dressing over the broccoli. Add tomato and toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
