1 Pint Mexican Salsa
cooked in salsa sauce ready to be used in
enchiladas, salad, etc
Cook in crock pot set on low for ~
frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
in a crock pot
set on low. After 3 hours, drain
off any water, move
chicken around and recover.
Cook another 2 hours. Drain
off water and add one
large jar Mexican Salsa. Cover and
hour. Chicken will be tender - tear and shred
It's then ready to be used in taco shells,
tortilla wraps, on salad - anything!
This is great
for parties - set out lots of
toppings and everyone can
make their own!
