Chicken Salsa

Ingredients
1 Package Frozen Skinless Bonelss Chicken Breasts
1 Pint Mexican Salsa

Recipe Description:
Chicken cooked in salsa sauce ready to be used in
tacos, enchiladas, salad, etc
Cook in crock pot set on low for ~ six
hours....

Recipe Directions:
Put 6-8 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breasts
in a crock pot set on low. After 3 hours, drain
off any water, move chicken around and recover.
Cook another 2 hours. Drain off water and add one
large jar Mexican Salsa. Cover and cook another
hour. Chicken will be tender - tear and shred it.
It's then ready to be used in taco shells,
tortilla wraps, on salad - anything!

Serving Ideas:
This is great for parties - set out lots of
toppings and everyone can make their own!
Or make on Sunday and have food ready for
week.
