Message from the CEO & Executive Director
Since 2006, through good and bad times, Khulshi Mart has brought to Chattogram something we all desired: a change for the better, a shopping experience that was once only a dream. It is now time for Khulshi Mart to take yet another step forward in the years to come.
Together, we have successfully chartered through the worst pandemic in human history, by sticking to the strictest rules, by mutual neighbourly cooperation, and by helping one another in our time of desperate need. We at Khulshi Mart ensured through this terrible period that our valued customers, our family, our neighbourhood still managed to receive everything that they could possibly need — even up to your doorstep, through our home delivery services.
Together we are seeing out what we think is the worst the world has to offer to humanity, but there is no end to trouble in these times. Climate change, ecological pollution, a war of opinions, and a time of inequity and chaos: that is more the reason why we have to stick together, and work together for our own benefit.
It is with that hope that we at Khulshi Mart pledge our motto going forward: “Road to Sustainability”. We pledge to take a leading stance in creating an example for the community regarding changes such as carbon net neutrality and tree planting activities to enhance the greenness and atmosphere of our neighbourhood; to run activities and campaigns to further educate ourselves regarding how we can make our neighbourhood, and eventually our world, into a better place — for future generations to breathe clean air, to drink pure water, to consume the safest product the world has to offer, and to live an unpolluted and fulfilling life, passing on this legacy for generations to come.
